When buying or selling real estate, people want to know they’re working with an expert: someone who knows the area, the market conditions, is a great negotiator, and a person they like and trust. Let me tell you about myself.
The Northwest has been my home and playground for all of my life. After graduating from the University of Puget Sound with degrees in English and Business Administration, I began work in Seattle as an Editor with a Publishing company. That’s when I caught the whitewater bug and it became a full-time passion for a while. I was able to raft and kayak rivers throughout Washington, British Columbia, and in Oregon and California. With Marriage, my priorities changed and marked the beginning of a twelve year career in sales and management with companies ranging from small businesses to major corporations.
In 2003, I joined Realty Executives and quickly became a regular, top producing agent. I’ve helped clients in a range of real estate transactions, including: luxury residential properties, condos, commercial properties, retirement homes, land, and investment properties. My relationships with other real estate professionals, and local experience, combined with the national and international resources of Realty Executives present an exclusive benefit to my clients.
Now, I’m happy to also be licensed and working in Missoula, MT and associated with ERA Lambros Real Estate. Seattle and Missoula, I think they’re a great combination and I love living and working in both places.
I’m also a photographer, and all of the images you see on my site and blog have been taken by me, unless noted otherwise. My clients enjoy what I think is the best photography and marketing package available, and I’m constantly on the lookout to improve.
My clients speak best for me and you can see some of their comments on the testimonial page of this site.
My goal in working with you is to help you achieve your real estate goal, whether it’s your dream home or an investment. I’ll provide you the best information on the specific market you’re looking at and keep you up to date on changes in market conditions and your transaction.
When I’m not working, I’m doing something fun in and around Seattle or Missoula. I enjoy golf, kayaking and rafting, cycling, sailing, and the music scene in both of my cities. Oh, and of course, photography and writing.
I’m happy to talk with you by phone or email about how we might work together, your particular real estate needs, or answer any questions you have.
